This is a great deal on a small amount of soluble oil, a metal effective fluid. I use 2 ounces this manufactured goods per gallon of water for bandsaw coolant and 4 ounces per gallon in spray bottles for drilling and grinding. It is established and doesn't port bacteria and begin to smell like many coolants if used too long. A modest goes a long way, buy this size and have some soluble oil for your home shop, it's a few years give.

Used as coolant for a tubing notcher for a roll cage. Facility 100x best than oil/wd40 and momentously augmented hole saw life. May maybe do a exact cut and the blade was cool to the in tears. Would vastly urge for no matter what business requiring coolant.. only con is that it is a bit difficult.

Good old soluble oil, mainstay for generations. Put the mix in a trigger oil can. No worries about the heady chemicals one suspects are in the more sophisticated cold fluids. It takes about a gallon of mix to keep my 12" cold saw happy. And you can buy this by the quart, while most cold fluids are in 5-gallon pails.

I have to say, so far, this is the best soluble oil on the promote. It gamely mixes with water, disparate some of the so-call soluble oils. I have tried five uncommon soluble oils, and this brand works the best so far, and "hangs" in the water the longest lacking separating. We use it to make our water rust-proofed when machining steel.

I've by no means used soluble oil before to but this material seems to bring about fair. I used it to tap approximately aluminium holes. Here is no odd odour any which I estimate of approximately oils.

I was a doubter that oil would mix with water but dang it if this doesn't. You get a milky colorless lubricant that will help prolong the life of your cutting tools. I mix it in a spray bottle and use it on my drill press and horizontal bandsaw. Just a little spritz makes all cut much best.

I use CRC SL2512 Soluble Oil primarily for work on my drill press. 30-1 ratio is all I need. Performed as advertised. If you are a hobbyist like me, this qt will last you a while.
