7:24 PM ET: Montee Ball- Ball lost the starting job last season to Knowshon Moreno, who was released in the offseason. It is Ball's job now. He must run well tonight, and take care of the football, which he struggled with in his rookie year.
NFL Live Scores7:23 PM ET: Vontae Davis- As Demaryius Thomas' counterpart, Davis needs come up big in coverage tonight. We know Peyton will be looking for Thomas, and Davis showed inconsistent play last year.
7:22 PM ET: Demaryius Thomas- Thomas has to be the guy tonight for Peyton to turn to. He struggled against Vontae Davis in last year's meeting. This year, the Broncos no longer have Eric Decker, and Wes Welker is suspended. Therefore, Thomas will have to come up big and help to keep the chains moving.

Colts vs Broncos Live Score7:19 PM ET:Denver has multiple players returning from injury last season. LT Ryan Clady returns from injury after missing time last season. They return Von Miller and Chris Harris to help bolster the defense. The Colts return Reggie Wayne, who tore his ACL against Denver last year. They also return Ahmad Bradshaw, Dwayne Allen, and Greg Toler, who played well in limited time while healthy last season.
7:18 PM ET:Last season, both teams struggled defensively, despite having high powered offenses. However, both teams made imporvements to their defenses. The Colts made major additions to the front 7, signing former Browns LB D'Qwell Jackson, and former Ravens DL Arthur Jones. These changes should help sure up a front 7 that allowed 125 rushing yards per game last season. Meanwhile, Denver made major moves in the secondary, signing Aqib Talib from New England, and safety T.J. Ward. Finally, Denver went out and grabbed future Hall of Fame LB DeMarcus Ware.
NFL Live7:17 PM ET:Both teams are missing key pieces for tonight's game. As for the Colts, they are without LB Robert Marhis, who was suspended for the first 4 games of the season. The Colts' linebacker led the NFL in sacks last season, and Indianapolis will have to generate pass rush in his absence. Denver is without both kicker Matt Prater and WR Wes Weller due to NFL suspension. Also, takented young LB Danny Trevathan will miss tonight's game with a leg injury that will cause him to miss the first 2 minths of the year

Peyton Manning is coming off of the best season of his career, where he threw for 55 TDs, and 5,477 yards. Andrew Luck, who isentering his 3rd season in the league, led the Colts to 22 wins, and 46 TDs in his first two seasons.
7:15 PM ET:The Indianapolis Colts travel to Denver tonight to take on the Broncos. The game is the second meeting between the two teams since Peyton Manning was released by the Colts and signed with the Broncos. Last season, the two teams met in Indianapolis for Peyton's return home. The Colts stunned the then undefeated Broncos, 39-33.
